Check-in was smooth, and the staff was friendly. The hotel is close to several dining spots, which is convenient. The room cleanliness could use improvement; I found some dirt on the floor. There's a nice golf course nearby for a relaxing day. Breakfast was decent, with good options. a decent stay.

This hotel is perfectly situated just a short stroll away from a variety of restaurants like Wasabi and Waffle House which are both less than a 10-minute walk and not far from shopping at The Shoppes at Bel Air Mall which is only almost 2 km away plus the Mobile Museum of Art is only about 4 km from the hotel making it super easy for my weekend explorations while the staff were friendly and the breakfast was decent but the cleanliness of the rooms could use some improvement.

The bed linens and towels had noticeable stains. The coffee service was neglected, lacking fresh supplies, while previous guest's rubbish remained. The noise level was acceptable, but the air vents emitted a musty odor. Lighting was dim, making the space feel uninviting. Temperature control was adequate, yet the overall cleanliness and condition were disappointing. Switching rooms did not resolve the persistent issues, adding to the discomfort of the stay.

The initial room was dirty, with bugs and pet hair everywhere. I was placed on the pet floor despite not having a dog, and noise from barking was relentless. The towels? Just tossed on the counter with no soap or shampoo provided. Cleanliness was a major concern; elevators were filthy, and the shower water turned black. It's a pity because this place has potential, but poor management and lack of maintenance made it a regrettable choice. I won't return.

The room was a disaster, with mold, dirty towels, and an unsettling smell. I even found used items in the trash. The frustration continued with malfunctioning laundry facilities and a lack of basic necessities. It has potential but clearly needs significant improvement to meet basic cleanliness and service standards.

We hit up the cool spots nearby, checked out rad golf courses, and even did a little college tour - all super easy to get to from the hotel. The breakfast spread was lit, the staff was chill, and best of all, we had a blast at the gym!

It would've been gnarly to have a more buzzing social scene for us party animals, maybe with a sick rooftop hangout spot or a sick DJ spinning some beats. Bring on the vibes!

The availability of dry cleaning and housekeeping services was helpful, but we did notice some inconsistencies in the cleanliness of the room. Unfortunately, the laundry services were not up to par, and we encountered issues with stains on the towels and linen. This was disappointing as we expected better from a hotel like La Quinta.

My stay at this newly built hotel in Mobile was a pleasant surprise. The location was convenient, not too far from the road, and close to many restaurants and shops. As a family with children, we appreciated the accommodating nature of the staff members. They were helpful and went above and beyond to resolve any minor issues we had. The room was clean and comfortable, and the modern look of the hotel was impressive. The added quality in breakfast and the presence of a swimming pool and gym facilities were a bonus.

Sadly, the cleanliness under the beds was lacking. There were spilled soda and dust, indicating that it hadn't been cleaned thoroughly in a while.

i had a fantastic stay at the la quinta in, with a clean and updated room, accommodating staff, and a well-stocked breakfast. the owner and housekeeping were very polite and the location was convenient with everything within walking distance. my dog was also able to stay with us at no extra cost.
